Party Hangover and Clean Up Tips
Those of you who live in student dorms probably haven’t experienced waking up to your house having been destroyed by beer, red wine stains, broken glasses, empty bottles, people laying in the mess and the smell of something that isn’t flowers. What’s the deal with house parties ending up with stuff being destroyed?
Well as much fun as living on campus is, it really doesn’t beat the fun and independence of having your own place, including throwing parties in your own digs. But a must for any responsible host (and renter) is decent carpet cleaning shampoo (also follow these stain removal tips if you really get yourself into a pickle).
Another crucial tip would be to only invite people you know (no random people that you meet on the way home from warm up drinks at the student bar). Plus lock the doors on the rooms you really don’t want people going into – don’t assume that after a few drinks your guests will remember to respect your earlier mentioned rules!
Why not add a touch of professionalism to your house parties and include some party games, a theme and even create special cocktails?
